Further, the components are combined, everything is covered with sugar and thoroughly mixed. The mass should be infused for 2 hours. Then add cinnamon and cloves. The container with the contents is sent to the stove, brought to a boil and cooked after another 5-7 minutes. After that, the cinnamon and cloves are removed. Hot jam is laid out in sterilized jars.
